Only cases submitted online will receive Smiler Reward discounts. Points, Tiers, Rewards, and Member Benefits do not have a cash value and may not be transferred or sold to another Six Month Smiles Provider. Points expire 1 year from the date issued. Tiers and discounts are determined by the total number of Clear Braces or Aligner cases submitted January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020.
