Print a Royal Mail shipping label from the online case submission portal and take impressions to your local Royal Mail office.
Print a UPS label from the online case submission portal and call your local UPS to schedule a pick up or schedule one on the UPS website. You may also drop your package at any UPS dropbox or UPS store. UPS packaging is provided for FREE by your UPS driver or any UPS location at no additional cost.

If shipping with UPS from outside the United States, you will need the following:
To schedule a pick-up, call your local UPS office or schedule on the UPS website. You will need to provide the Six Month Smiles account #5857WF when scheduling. If you don’t have UPS packaging, Waybill or a pouch, you can ask your UPS driver for one or you can get one from your local UPS store.
Once we receive your impressions, we will begin processing your case immediately.
Once completed, you will receive an electronic invoice via email, along with a UPS tracking number. Your completed case will arrive to your office within 2-3 business days from when we shipped out the case.
Please Note: CONFIDEX™ Braces or Aligners cases will not be completed until the treatment plan has been approved by the Doctor.
