Upon completion, you will be a certified Six Month Smiles Provider, but the learning doesn't stop there. We'll be there to support and guide you on your Six Month Smiles journey to helping more patients smile with confidence!

If you are a Six Month Smiles Provider who has already completed our Legacy course- the 2-Day Level 1 Course, it isn't required for you to complete the Aligner course to begin treating your patients with aligners. However, we highly recommend completing one of our aligner courses to become comfortable with the scope of our aligner system and know all the features that make our aligner products unique. Another great benefit is your ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems will also improve.
If you have completed our Braces 1-Day Live Course or our Braces e-Course, you would be required to complete one of our Aligner courses, either our 1-Day Live Course or our e-Course, to begin treating patients with Six Month Smiles aligners.

Yes, after completing either our Aligner Live 1-Day or Aligner e-Course, you will be able to start treating your patients with our Invisible Aligner system. If you are interested in treating your patients with Clear Braces or Mixed Appliances (Invisible Aligners on the top arch and Clear Braces on the lower arch) you would need to complete one of our Braces Courses as well.
Upon completing a Six Month Smiles Course, you will have full access to our Provider Resource Center. To submit a case, you will log into the Provider Resource Center and click on the "Submit a Case" button. This will prompt you to complete the patient's prescription, upload photos, and indicate how you will be sending impressions (digital or physical). Once we receive the impressions and the completed prescription, we will begin processing your case!
For all live on-location courses offered by 6MS, the following cancellation policy applies:
We know you will make every effort to attend the course, but if for some reason you can't, simply notify us 14 business days prior to the first day of the course and we will transfer you to another course at no charge. You can select another course to attend within 1 year from the original course date you selected.
If on the rare occasion (mostly likely due to weather) 6MS needs to cancel a course you may opt for either a full refund or transfer to another course. The course will not be cancelled if we are able to start by 1PM on the course date.
The following applies to live on-location courses and e-Courses: 6MS Courses and e-Courses are non-refundable. Course fees will be charged in USD and 6MS is not responsible for any foreign currency exchange fees. The 6MS courses and e-Courses cannot be transferred to another dentist. 6MS reserves the right to change the course venue location, instructor, or pricing without notice.
There will not be any hands-on sessions, but there will be videos demonstrating techniques, and we're here to help you. As a Six Month Smiles provider, you're entitled to Unlimited Clinical Support with your cases.
If you are a Six Month Smiles Provider who has already completed our Legacy course, the 2-Day Level 1 Course, it isn't required for you to complete the Aligner course to begin treating your patients with aligners. You already have the guided orthodontic principles learned from our Level 1 Course. While we are "grand fathering" you to be able to submit aligner cases, based on a self-assessment of your confidence with aligners, we encourage you to take the aligner on-line or aligner one-day course.
If you have completed our Braces 1-Day Live Course or our Braces e-Course, you would be required to complete one of our Aligner courses, either our 1-Day Live Course or our e-Course to begin treating patients with aligners.

No, we offer these courses separately. This allows you to choose live or online for one or both of the courses. For example, if you feel more confident with aligners than braces, you can register for the Aligner e-Course and the Braces Live 1-Day course for the additional hands-on learning. Our courses are sold seperately so you can choose the combination that works best for you!
Both courses will teach you everything you need to know to treat patients with aligners. The main difference between the live course and e-Course is the hands-on element and cohort learning environment. The 1-Day course is taught via live instruction with a group of your peers. You'll receive live hands-on instruction and case reviews with the Instructor. The e-Course is designed for those doctors who are looking to get started quickly and don't need or want the live hands-on instruction. With the e-Course, you can complete the training material is as little as 3 hours. The Live 1-Day course is 8 hours on a pre-scheduled date and location. Both options provide the same training content, just taught differently to fit your needs.
