Refund Policy: Full tuition is charged when registration is received (satisfaction guaranteed). Cancellations will receive a refund minus $1,000. The $1,000 credit can be applied to a future course. Credit of $1,000 must be used within one year before it expires. Course Cancellation Policy: On rare occasions, air traffic delays or poor weather could affect the start time of a seminar or force us to cancel the seminar. If we are able to start course by 1PM of the first day (Friday) there is no refund … all topics will be covered in full. If we are not able to hit the 1PM deadline the course will be condensed into a one day course to be held on Saturday and you will receive a $1,000 refund. If both days of the course are cancelled your tuition can be applied to a future course or you may opt to receive a full refund.
