Course Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to the course beginning, you will receive a refund minus $1,000. The $1,000 credit can be applied to a future course within 1 year. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course, no refund, credit or transfer will be issued.
On rare occasions, air traffic delays or poor weather could affect the start time of a seminar or force us to cancel the seminar. If we are able to start course by 1PM of the first day (Friday) there is no refund … all topics will be covered in full. If we are not able to hit the 1PM deadline the course will be condensed into a one day course to be held on Saturday and you will receive a $1,000 refund. If both days of the course are cancelled your tuition can be applied to a future course or you may opt to receive a full refund.
Transfer Policy: You can transfer your course date/location up until 2 weeks prior to the course starting without penalty. You can transfer to any course within 1 year of the date of transfer. No transfers will be accepted less than 2 weeks prior to the start of a course.
The quoted room rates at the hotels are gross, before commissions, per room, per night. A commission at the rate of 10% of the gross room rate is payable by the Hotel to ConferenceDirect, our event planner, in connection with the booking of rooms at the Hotel.
