If you have a Six Month Smiles Provider and know what they charge, then apply for that specific amount. You will always be approved for the maximum amount you qualify for based on your credit portfolio.

You will be contacted by our patient advocate who will refer you to a Six Month Smiles Provider near you. The Doctor will contact you to setup a consultation. In the meantime, you can look up a Provider near you.

You will receive a letter from Lending Club's bank partner reviewing your application. If you have a friend or family member willing to apply for you on their behalf, have them apply indicating you as the patient.

Your reference number is located on the approval email (bottom left) that you receive from Lending Club.

Before you contact Veronica, make sure to login to your Lending Club portal to verify your loan amount. Loan documents will be generated and sent to you via email for final approval and eSign.
