Only cases submitted online will receive Smiler Reward discounts. Points, Tiers, Rewards, and Member Benefits do not have a cash value and may not be transferred or sold to another Six Month Smiles Provider. Points expire 2 years from the date issued. Tiers and discounts are determined by the total number of Standard and/or CONFIDEX™ cases submitted January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019. Tiers may change in the event of a case cancellation. Some rewards/discounts may not be available in your market. Tier discounts not eligible on Aligner cases.
